Job summary

Leminar Global - UAE is seeking a results-driven sales professional to grow the AMC and retrofit service business for pump systems across the UAE. You will identify opportunities through customer visits, market research, networking, and lead generation, and coordinate with engineering teams to craft compelling proposals and competitive AMC contracts.

You will build and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, facility management companies, end users, and other key stakeholders,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Previous experience in service sales, AMC sales, retrofit sales, or after-sales services related to pump systems.
• UAE market experience and a valid UAE driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow the AMC and retrofit business for pump systems across the UAE.
• Identify new business opportunities through customer visits, market research, networking, and lead generation.
• Conduct site surveys and assess existing pump systems to identify maintenance, repair, replacement, and retrofit opportunities.
• Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and AMC contracts.
• Follow up on proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close service sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, facility management companies, end users, and other key stakeholders.
• Develop customized service solutions based on customer requirements and equipment conditions.
• Coordinate with service and technical teams to ensure accurate proposals and effective execution of awarded contracts.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall service business profitability.
