Job summary

AL MUHARUK PUMPS TRADING seeks an energetic field sales professional to drive customer visits across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah. You will generate leads, pitch pumps and related products, and secure regular orders from contractors and dealers.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation skills, and a proven ability to achieve targets in a fast-paced UAE market. Driving license and willingness to travel are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in outdoor field sales within pumps, motors, electrical cables, plumbing or hardware acceptable.
• Strong target-driven attitude with proven ability to secure orders on the ground.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah regularly.

Responsibilities

• Visit customer sites, hardware trading shops, contractors and dealers to generate sales leads.
• Pitch products and secure regular orders for pumps, motors, cables and pipes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to drive repeat orders.
• Scout new business opportunities and meet monthly sales targets across UAE territories.
• Provide daily/weekly updates on visits, orders, and market feedback to management.
