Reporting to the Assistant Manager, the ideal candidate will hold a high school diploma, have a UAE driving license, and 3–5 years of PRO or admin experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with UAE driving license.
• 3–5 years of PRO, government transactions or admin support experience in UAE.
• Experience liaising with UAE government authorities and service centers preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle official documents securely and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute PRO-related tasks under supervision, liaising with government entities and external parties.
• Prepare, submit, track, and securely handle official documents for government and company transactions.
• Manage security pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and access coordination.
• Provide administrative support including data entry, filing and recordkeeping.
• Perform official errands such as document delivery and collection.
• Drive company vehicles for PRO activities and errands, adhering to traffic laws.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and conduct routine checks.
• Uphold compliance with Company policies and confidentiality requirements.
• Assist with other Employee Services and General Services tasks as assigned.
