Role Overview

The Public Relations Officer (PRO) is responsible for managing government-related procedures, documentation, and liaison activities to ensure adherence to UAE labor laws, immigration policies, and government regulations. This role facilitates seamless business operations by acting as the primary contact for government bodies such as MOHRE, Immigration, GDRFA, Free Zones, and Municipalities.

Key Responsibilities

• Government & Legal Liaison: Manage processing of employment visas, residence permits, Emirates IDs, labor cards, and work permits; oversee company trade licenses and official registrations.
• Documentation & Compliance: Prepare, submit, and track government applications; maintain precise records of visas, licenses, and contracts; ensure conformity with UAE labor laws.
• Employee Support: Assist with visa renewals, cancellations, medical examinations, fingerprinting, and onboarding/offboarding legal documentation.
• Administration: Collaborate with HR and Finance; monitor expiry dates for visas and permits; assist with government audits and inspections.
