Confidential in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced PRO to handle all visa-related matters for employees, including new applications, renewals and cancellations, and to liaise with government departments.

The role requires managing licenses and permits, maintaining accurate records, staying updated on UAE labour laws, and guiding staff on local procedures, with a focus on accuracy and timely submissions.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration, Public Relations, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a PRO in the UAE.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
  • Excellent knowledge of UAE labour laws, immigration procedures, and business regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Handle all visa-related matters for employees, including new applications, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Process and renew trade licenses, permits, and other necessary documents for business operations.
  • Liaise with government departments such as the Ministry of Labour, Department of Economic Development, and Immigration.
  • Manage the company's documentation and ensure all legal requirements are met.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary information and documents for government submissions.
  • Stay updated on changes in UAE labour laws, immigration policies, and business regulations.
  • Assist in resolving any issues related to employee sponsorship or company compliance.
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications with government entities.
  • Provide guidance to employees on local customs, laws, and procedures.
  • Accompany senior management to government offices when required for official business.
  • Assist in organizing and obtaining necessary approvals for corporate events and activities.
  • Register and de-register Eligible employees in UAE pension authorities.
  • Make sure to have Delivery note for all the official internal/External documents

Educational and Technical Qualifications

  • Valid UAE driving license.
  • Expatriates with proven track record will also be considered.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
