What We’re Looking For
- A Bachelor's Degree inMarketing, Communications, Journalism, Hospitality Management, or a relatedfield is preferred, reflecting a commitment to excellence and a solidunderstanding of Public Relations.
- A minimum of 1-2 yearsof experience in Public Relations, showcasing a proven track record of successin the profession, is preferred.
- Experience in luxury,lifestyle, international travel, or hospitality is preferred.
- The ability to workboth independently and collaboratively as part of a team, embodying strongleadership qualities and organisational acumen.
- Technology literacywith a mastery of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and all socialmedia platforms.
- A quick learner with aproactive nature and a meticulous eye for detail, complemented by the abilityto multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills, leveraging strong verbal and writtenskills to engage effectively with guests, our Tribe, media contacts and allother stakeholders.
- Organisational andleadership skills, effectively leading and inspiring the Tribe.

Key Responsibilities
Media Coverage Monitoring, Recognitions andAwards Tracking
- Maintainscomprehensive media coverage records secured by the in-house and external PublicRelations teams, ensuring methodical and organised record-keeping across allchannels.
- Produces and updatesweekly Top Press Coverage presentations in brand-approved templates,consolidating top-tier editorial coverage to support accurate monthly andannual reporting.
- Maintains and updatesan Awards Won and Recognitions tracker across The Group, along with associatedcertificates, badges, logos and banners.
- Proactivelymonitors and tracks media coverage across social media platforms, mediamonitoring and alert tools, and relevant online publications and websites.
Media Gallery, Press Kit and Asset Management
- Organises andmaintains the Public Relations server, managing file storage and documentorganisation from internal and external stakeholders including brandpresentations, reports, press materials, awards won, brand standards, etc.
- Curates, updates andmaintains an approved media-friendly visual asset gallery and video library forthe press kit in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Supports developmentof weekly press alerts aligned to brand experiences, launches, seasonalofferings and events with approved visual content.
- Maintains a record ofhigh-profile celebrity and VIP visits.
Stakeholder and Contact Management
- Maintains a robust,updated database of local and international media contacts, influencers,bloggers and industry partners.
- Identifiesbrand-relevant influencers and key opinion leaders to support coverage momentumin line with brand positioning and commercial objectives.
- Coordinatesadministrative support for media, influencer and VIP visits and partnershipsacross all destinations.
Media Relations and Coordination
- Develops creative andseasonal press pitches to support ongoing coverage of Group initiatives.
- Supports distributionof press releases to targeted media, agencies and key contacts.
- Responds to mediainquiries and interview requests, managing coordination of media visits andspecific events requiring the Public Relations team’s attention.
- Collaborates oninfluencer, partner and sponsor engagements.
- Builds and strengthensmedia relationships to generate editorial coverage.
Administrative Support
- Manages the Head ofDepartment's calendar, coordinating meetings, calls and key engagements.
- Supports the Head ofDepartment with administrative duties and reporting.
- Works with Head Officeon departmental administrative requests including contract filing, financialrecords and invoice processing.
- Coordinates andsubmits monthly team attendance records within required Human Resourcestimelines.
- Supports the in-housePublic Relations team and collaborates across departments to maintainconsistency in internal and external communication.
- Monitors competitoractivity to ensure The Group's Public Relations strategies remain current,appropriately positioned and industry-leading.
- Stays informed ofindustry developments in hospitality, entertainment, dining and wellness tosupport strategic positioning.
