Job summary

The Group in Dubai is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to join our luxury hotel and healthcare operations within the FIVE brand. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, ensuring top-tier standards.

With 1–2 years of UAE experience in luxury hotel or healthcare settings, you will troubleshoot faults, handle minor electrical/plumbing tasks, and collaborate with engineering and other departments to keep operations

Qualifications

• 2 years of UAE experience in a luxury hotel or healthcare environment.
• Strong hands-on knowledge in general maintenance and multi-skilled engineering works.
• Ability to work autonomously and take proactive initiative.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance across guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house areas and other hotel facilities.
• Troubleshoot and rectify technical faults efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to Hotel Operations.
• Carry out minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, tiling, painting and other general maintenance works as required.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and breakdowns, completing tasks within designated timelines.
• Report recurring issues to the Engineering Team and support implementation of solutions.
• Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and precision in all maintenance works.
