You will manage company formations, renewals, amendments, and visa processes with accuracy, coordinating across portals and service centers while maintaining compliance with UAE regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Proven experience handling UAE government transactions and procedures.

2. Strong knowledge of Mainland and Free Zone company formation, licensing, renewals, and amendments.

3. Practical experience dealing with UAE government authorities, online portals, and related service centers.

4. Good understanding of UAE regulations and procedures related to companies, employment, work permits, residence visas, immigration, and government compliance.

5. Ability to independently handle company formation, trade license renewals, license amendments, establishment-related procedures, visa and immigration applications, and other government transactions.

6. Strong follow-up, communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

7. Good command of English.

8. UAE driving license is preferred.

9. Previous UAE experience in a similar PRO role is preferred.
