Job summary

SimplySolved is seeking a PRO specialist to manage government processes for the company and clients in the UAE. You will handle visas, IDs, labour cards, permits and licences with authorities, ensuring on-time accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities include applications with MoHRE, GDRFA/ICP, Department of Economy and Tourism and free zones, along with attestations and translations. Knowledge of Tasheel, Amer and ICP portals is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years PRO experience in the UAE.
• Valid UAE driving licence and own car.
• Strong knowledge of UAE government departments and processes.
• Up-to-date with changes to UAE labour, immigration and licensing rules.
• Proactive, resourceful and able to find practical solutions.
• Organised and reliable in handling government processes.

What you’ll do

• Process visas, Emirates IDs, labour cards and work permits, including new applications, renewals and cancellations


• Handle trade licence applications, renewals and amendments with mainland and free zone authorities


• Submit and follow up on applications with MoHRE, GDRFA/ICP, the Department of Economy and Tourism, and free zones


• Arrange document attestation, translation and notarisation


• Track expiry dates and renewals so nothing lapses


• Keep clients and the team updated on progress and requirements


• Experience with government portals and service centres (Tasheel, Amer, ICP smart services)

What you bring

• 2 to 3 years’ PRO experience in the UAE


• A valid UAE driving licence and your own car


• A strong working knowledge of UAE government departments and their processes, with established professional relationships through the proper channels


• Up to date with changes to UAE labour, immigration and licensing rules


• Proactive and resourceful: you get things done and find practical solutions when problems come up


• Organised and reliable
