Job summary

Marriott International's St. Regis Hotels & Resorts in Abu Dhabi seeks a Housekeeping Supervisor to ensure quality in guest rooms and public areas, run room status checks, and coordinate with Engineering, Front Office and Laundry to resolve discrepancies.

You will assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, coaching staff, enforce safety policies, and maintain professional appearance and confidentiality while delivering exceptional guest experiences daily.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of related work experience.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and facilities after cleaning to ensure quality.
• Run room status checks, update room assignments, and resolve discrepancies with the Front Desk.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry to align daily activities.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, and coaching staff.
• Enforce safety policies and report hazards or incidents; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
• Communicate clearly with guests and maintain professional appearance; protect company assets.
• Respond to guest needs and collaborate with other departments to deliver exceptional service.
