Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisor Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms, public areas and other spaces after cleaning to ensure quality standards.
• Run sold room reports, verify room status and prioritize room cleaning.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office and Laundry to resolve issues.
• Prepare and communicate changes in room assignments and shift handovers.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating and coaching staff.
• Follow safety, security and company policies; report hazards and injuries.
• Ensure professional appearance and confidentiality of company assets.
• Maintain positive working relationships and provide guest service with clear communication.
