Job summary

Hult is seeking a proactive Student Engagement Coordinator to support prospective students from enquiry to application. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while delivering high-quality service across channels such as WhatsApp, phone, and email.

You will use Salesforce and Microsoft Office to maintain accurate student records, collaborate with regional teams, and drive KPI targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, student engagement or a similar role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, accurate, and empathetic support to prospective students through active listening, information guidance, and effective problem-solving.
• Respond to student inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, email, and other channels with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Proactive outreach to engaged students to support in the application process.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of programs, application processes, and deadlines to provide accurate guidance.
• Ensure a positive and seamless experience throughout the student journey.
• Work closely with regional teams to ensure students' needs are met efficiently.
• Proactively elevate potential risks, student concerns, and conversion opportunities to the team and management.
• Accurately manage student records and engagement activities in Salesforce; data entry and reporting.
• Use Microsoft Office tools to support reporting, document preparation, and information sharing.
• Handle multiple student applications and inquiries and meet deadlines.
