Job summary

Hult International Business School in Dubai is seeking a proactive Student Engagement Coordinator to guide prospective students from inquiry to application. You will deliver high-quality support, manage inquiries across channels, and ensure a smooth journey through the admissions process.

You will use Salesforce and Microsoft Office to track interactions, collaborate with regional teams, and help meet application targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years in sales, customer service, student engagement or a similar role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, accurate, and empathetic support to prospective students through active listening, information guidance, and effective problem-solving.
• Respond to student inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, email, and other communication channels with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
• Proactive outreach to engaged students to support in the application process.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of programs, application processes, and deadlines to provide accurate guidance to students.
• Ensure a positive and seamless experience throughout the student journey.
• Work closely with regional teams to ensure students' needs are met efficiently.
• Proactively elevate potential risks, student concerns, and conversion opportunities to appropriate team members and management.
• Accurately manage student records and engagement activities in Salesforce.
• Perform timely and precise data entry and reporting to support decision-making and student tracking.
• Use Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.) to support reporting, document preparation, and information sharing.
• Effectively handle multiple student applications and inquiries simultaneously.
• Prioritize tasks to ensure deadlines and turnaround times (TAT) are consistently met.
• Maintain an organized and responsive workflow to manage a high volume of student interactions.
• Ensure daily, weekly, monthly KPI’s are met.
• Contribute to overall team targets and application numbers.
