Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred) or equivalent technical qualification.
• Minimum of 15 years in the offshore energy industry.
• At least 5 years of direct experience in international offshore wind projects.
• Proven track record of managing complex, multi-disciplinary proposal teams in a global environment.
