Job summary

UnitedYou Ventures seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead offshore wind energy projects from initiation through completion, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery in a complex regulatory environment.

The role requires 15–20 years of project management experience in offshore energy, with at least 5 years delivering offshore wind projects. You will coordinate across engineering, procurement, construction, and client teams, maintaining HSE standards and reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 15-20 years of experience in project management within offshore energy.
• At least 5 years in offshore wind project delivery.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall planning, execution, and delivery of offshore wind projects.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, resources, and risk mitigation plans.
• Coordinate with internal departments, clients, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
• Drive performance and monitor progress against key milestones.
• Prepare and present project reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Support contract management and negotiation activities.
