Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 7–9 years in Oil & Gas with major contractor, EPC, or engineering consultant.
• Experience in offshore installation planning, tender engineering, and field execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical proposal activities for offshore tenders.
• Develop installation strategies and allocate project resources.
• Prepare schedules, bid clarifications, and execution plans.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including marine, planning, procurement, and subcontracting.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, customer specs, and internal procedures.
