Job summary

Boskalis in Sharjah is seeking a Proposals Coordinator to prepare technical and commercial proposals. You will review client requirements, ensure submissions meet deadlines, and assist in contract finalization. The ideal candidate has a degree related to the offshore industry and at least 2 years of experience. Make your mark as a Proposals Coordinator at Horizon Geosciences!

The proposals coordinator is responsible for acting on the enquiries assigned to him or her and preparing the technical and commercial proposals.

Your responsibilities as a proposals coordinator

• Review the enquiry and ensure that Clients requirements are fully understood.
• Review scope of work, price schedule and other enquiry documents with the Proposals Manager at the initial stage and issue requests for technical and commercial clarifications to Client as required.
• Prepare proposals and tender documents based on client requirements.
• Liaise with various department heads to ensure proposal is in line with how the work will be undertaken.
• Ensure all proposals are submitted within the given client time‑frame.
• Follow up on submitted enquiries and request feedback on the proposals to assist in securing the project.
• Assist Contracts and Proposals Manager in the contract review during the contract finalisation when the project is awarded.
• Carry out handover to the project manager once the project is awarded; present the proposed execution methodology and allowed budget.
• Hand over the project to the project management team in case of successful award.

Your qualities and experience

• Degree (or Diploma) in any related discipline to the offshore industry.
• Knowledge / exposure to the offshore survey and soil investigation industry, offshore EPC works and marine industry.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience.
• Sound knowledge of MS Office.
