Make your mark as a Proposals Coordinator at Horizon Geosciences!
The proposals coordinator is responsible for acting on the enquiries assigned to him or her and preparing the technical and commercial proposals.
Your responsibilities as a proposals coordinator
- Review the enquiry and ensure that Clients requirements are fully understood.
- Review scope of work, price schedule and other enquiry documents with the Proposals Manager at the initial stage and issue requests for technical and commercial clarifications to Client as required.
- Prepare proposals and tender documents based on client requirements.
- Liaise with various department heads to ensure proposal is in line with how the work will be undertaken.
- Ensure all proposals are submitted within the given client time‑frame.
- Follow up on submitted enquiries and request feedback on the proposals to assist in securing the project.
- Assist Contracts and Proposals Manager in the contract review during the contract finalisation when the project is awarded.
- Carry out handover to the project manager once the project is awarded; present the proposed execution methodology and allowed budget.
- Hand over the project to the project management team in case of successful award.
Your qualities and experience
- Degree (or Diploma) in any related discipline to the offshore industry.
- Knowledge / exposure to the offshore survey and soil investigation industry, offshore EPC works and marine industry.
- Minimum 2 years of related experience.
- Sound knowledge of MS Office.
