Worley in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Lead Construction Engineer to oversee construction support, ensuring work aligns with client specs and project goals. You will chair constructability reviews and coordinate with client teams across FEED to EPC phases on major Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects in the GCC.
You will drive HSSE adherence, develop workpacks, and lead multi-discipline teams including engineering, procurement and field staff through project execution.

The Lead Construction Engineer responsibility for providing construction support, ensuring that all project work is carried out according to client’s fabrication and installation specifications. Coordinate with client to ensure proposed construction and work methods are clearly understood and fit for purpose. Support to the Project Engineers in understanding the construction process throughout all phases of the life-cycle of the project.
Ensure work is performed per plans and specifications via coordination with client to expedite review comments on documents/drawings. Review of design packages early in the course of project to eliminate rework and optimise construction.
Chair constructability reviews and be the interface with client for all fabrication and construction related queries.
