Job summary

Boskalis in Sharjah is seeking a Proposals Coordinator to prepare technical and commercial proposals. You will review client requirements, ensure submissions meet deadlines, and assist in contract finalization. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Review the enquiry and ensure that Clients requirements are fully understood.
• Prepare proposals and tender documents based on client requirements.
• Ensure all proposals are submitted within the client time‑frame.
• Assist Contracts and Proposals Manager in the contract review.

Skills

Knowledge / exposure to the offshore survey and soil investigation industry

Sound knowledge of MS Office

Education

Degree (or Diploma) in any related discipline to the offshore industry
