Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Law, Quantity Surveying, Cost Engineering, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of relevant work experience in international maritime or civil projects.
• Extensive knowledge of FIDIC, LOGIC, NEC, IMCA and BIMCO frameworks.
• Excellent command of English; open to international assignments and rotations.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate subcontracts, variation orders, and claims.
• Administer contracts; prepare reports and maintain event logs.
• Provide contractual and commercial support across project lifecycles.
• Mentor junior contract managers and quantity surveyors.
