Job summary

Silverlake Holiday Homes in Dubai is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a 300-unit residential holiday homes portfolio across JLT, Business Bay, JVC and Arjan. This is a field-based role requiring regular property visits rather than office work.

You will coordinate maintenance, conduct inspections, manage move-ins and move-outs, and communicate with owners, residents and service providers.

Qualifications

• Mandatory Requirements: Minimum 1 year of professional experience in the GCC
• Mandatory Requirements: Previous experience in property management, holiday homes, short-term rentals, residential property operations or hospitality
• Mandatory Requirements: Must currently be physically present in the UAE
• Mandatory Requirements: Strong spoken and written English
• Mandatory Requirements: Ability to communicate fluently in Hindi and/or Urdu
• Mandatory Requirements: Comfortable managing a large residential portfolio and handling multiple priorities simultaneously
• Mandatory Requirements: Comfortable working across multiple property locations in Dubai
• Mandatory Requirements: Able to work Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day management of approximately 300 residential holiday home units across Dubai
• Handle resident guest concerns and property-related complaints professionally and efficiently
• Coordinate maintenance requirements and follow up to ensure issues are completed appropriately
• Conduct regular property and unit inspections
• Coordinate and oversee move-ins and move-outs
• Communicate professionally with landlords, property owners regarding their units
• Monitor the general condition and operational readiness of properties
• Follow up on outstanding operational matters until completion
• Supervise and coordinate the work of multiple team members
• Ensure properties are maintained according to company standards
• Visit properties regularly across JLT, Business Bay, JVC and Arjan
• Maintain clear communication between residents, property owners, maintenance teams and internal staff
• Take ownership of day-to-day operational issues and work independently to resolve them
• Support general property management and holiday homes operations as required

About the Role

Silverlake Holiday Homes is looking for an experienced, organized and dependable Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a residential holiday homes portfolio of approximately 300 units across JLT, Business Bay, JVC and Arjan. This is a hands-on field-based property management role. The successful candidate will regularly visit and oversee properties across multiple locations in Dubai rather than working from an office. The Property Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, handling resident and property-related matters, coordinating maintenance, conducting inspections, overseeing move-ins and move-outs, communicating with property owners and supervising a small property management team. We are looking for someone who can work independently, follow up consistently, communicate professionally and remain calm while handling a busy portfolio.

Salary & Benefits

• Fixed salary AED 5 000 per month
• UAE employment visa provided

• Flight ticket to the employee s home country once every two years
• No accommodation or housing allowance is provided

Important

This position requires regular travel between properties in JLT, Business Bay, JVC and Arjan. Applicants must already be present in the UAE. Immediate joiners are strongly preferred.

Candidate Requirements
