Job summary

SOURCE IT is seeking an experienced Property and Leasing Manager in Abu Dhabi to oversee the UAE and UK portfolios. You will drive occupancy, implement leasing strategies, and coordinate all property operations, maintenance, and tenant relations with a focus on profitability and compliance.

You will work with local Abu Dhabi platforms (Tamm, Provis) and Microsoft Dynamics, manage renewals, and collaborate with external brokers to optimize occupancy and revenue.

Qualifications

• Must be based in the UAE and reside in Abu Dhabi.
• Proven track record as Property and Leasing Manager in the Abu Dhabi real estate market.
• Hands-on with Abu Dhabi platforms (Tamm, Provis) and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience managing UK properties; familiarity with the RPI system is advantageous.
• Strong negotiation, financial administration, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
• Coordinate lease renewals and tenancy administration across UAE and UK portfolios.
• Manage tenant relations and handle receivables and operating expenses.
• Oversee maintenance coordination with Facilities Management and ensure quality standards.
• Collaborate with external brokers to advertise and increase occupancy.
• Coordinate with legal advisors on monthly basis.
