Job summary

Fortune Success Gerneral Trading in Dubai is seeking a driven General Manager to lead operations, promotion, and growth of our plazas, retail shops, and other commercial spaces across locations.

The role combines strong management with a marketing mindset and strategic thinking to develop leasing models, attract tenants, and increase profitability. You will coordinate with tenants and owners, oversee legal matters, and drive business expansion.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in property management, business development, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the plaza, shops, and other properties across different locations.
• Promote the properties and actively work to make them well-known and popular in the market.
• Develop and execute business models for the available spaces (leasing, partnerships, new business ideas, etc.).
• Attract tenants, businesses, and customers to increase occupancy and footfall.
• Build the brand and reputation of our properties through marketing and outreach.
• Understand legal and contractual matters, and apply strategic thinking to protect the business.
• Take ownership of making the properties profitable and successful.
• Coordinate with tenants and unit owners and maintain strong relationships.
