talabat is seeking a strategic City General Manager - Commercial Performance in Dubai to own P&L and drive city-level growth, profitability, and marketplace leadership across Sales, Marketing, Logistics and corporate functions. Qualifications

Eight+ years in sales or commercial operations.
At least five years of team-management experience.
Proven P&L ownership and cross-functional leadership.
Advanced English; Arabic would be an advantage.
Experience with AI tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop the city commercial strategy and implementation roadmap.
Deliver topline-growth and profitability targets.
Own overall commercial performance across the local market.
Lead strategic partnerships and vendor management.
Coordinate priorities across Sales, Marketing, Logistics and corporate functions.
Prepare regular city-level performance reports and reviews.
Coach and develop team with meaningful ownership.
Represent talabat at events and with stakeholders.
