Qualifications

• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Experience in off-plan property sales or real estate sales is preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong sales, networking, and client relationship management abilities.
• Good understanding of Dubai's real estate market and investment opportunities is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Promote and sell off-plan residential and commercial properties across Dubai.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, digital platforms, referrals, and other sales channels.
• Understand clients’ investment objectives, budgets, and property preferences.
• Present suitable projects, including payment plans, launch offers, expected completion dates, and investment potential.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of developers, new project launches, market trends, and property regulations.
• Arrange client meetings, project presentations, and site visits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, end-users, and international clients.
• Maintain accurate client information, lead records, and follow-ups in the company CRM.
