Job summary

Space and Place is seeking a motivated Property Consultant to join our real estate team in Dubai. You will assist clients in buying, selling and renting properties, build strong client relationships, and follow up on leads to close transactions.

You will conduct property viewings, explain market trends, negotiate deals, and maintain CRM records. The role targets monthly sales with visa and medical insurance benefits, and offers a basic salary plus performance-based commissions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the real estate industry.
• Fluent in Hindi and English (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales and customer service orientation
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• A valid UAE driving licence is an advantage but not mandatory.
• CANDIDATE MUST BE IN UAE

Responsibilities
