Job summary

A1 Properties in Dubai is seeking ambitious real estate professionals for our Off-Plan division. This commission-only role offers uncapped earnings and direct access to premium developers and investors.

You will guide clients through high-value investment decisions, present projects, conduct visits, and manage leads using an advanced CRM. A strong track record and RERA awareness are pluses.

Qualifications

• Dubai real estate sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach.
• Organized, self-motivated, and target-focused.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field is an advantage.
• RERA Certification preferred or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Represent exclusive off-plan projects across Dubai's prime locations.
• Build and manage relationships with developers, investors, and end-users.
• Conduct project presentations, site visits, and investment consultations.
• Stay updated on launches, pricing, payment plans, and incentives.
• Manage leads efficiently using an advanced CRM system.
• Negotiate deals and guide clients through booking, documentation, and closing.
• Provide market insights on ROI, capital appreciation, and exit strategies.
• Maintain accurate client and deal records in line with RERA and UAE regulations.
