Job summary

Mighthouse Realty is a Dubai-based real estate brokerage seeking ambitious Property Consultants to join a growing team and maximize earning potential. You will work with a professional and supportive group in a prime Dubai location.

Responsibilities include closing sales and leases across Dubai, building client relationships, guiding market insights, and maintaining a robust sales pipeline to consistently hit targets. European management supports branding and growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Dubai real estate brokerage.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent client relationship management abilities.

Requirements

Proven experience in Dubai real estate brokerageStrong sales, negotiation, and communication skillsSelf-motivated, target-driven, and entrepreneurial mindsetExcellent client relationship management abilitiesGood knowledge of the Dubai property market and RERA regulationsProfessional appearance and positive attitude
