Job summary

Mighthouse Realty is a Dubai-based real estate brokerage seeking ambitious Property Consultants to join a growing team and maximize earning potential. You will work with a professional and supportive group in a prime Dubai location.

Responsibilities include closing sales and leases across Dubai, building client relationships, guiding market insights, and maintaining a robust sales pipeline to consistently hit targets. European management supports branding and growth.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Dubai real estate brokerage.
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset.
Excellent client relationship management abilities.

Responsibilities

Manage and close property sales and leasing transactions across Dubai.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors and property owners.
Provide expert guidance on market trends, property values and investment opportunities.
Conduct property viewings, negotiations and successful deal closures.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
