Job summary

fäm Properties Dubai is seeking a proactive Property Consultant to guide clients in buying, selling, leasing, or investing in Dubai properties. You will meet clients, analyze market trends, and match them with suitable listings.

You will negotiate terms, prepare documents, and manage deals through to closure, supported by strong marketing resources and ongoing training to advance your career in Dubai’s competitive real estate market.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is required.
• Real estate experience is a plus but not required.
• UAE driving license preferred or access to a car.

Role Overview:

As a Property Consultant at fäm Properties, you will play a key role in guiding clients through the process of buying, selling, leasing, or investing in properties in Dubai.

Your day-to-day will involve:

• Meet with clients to understand their needs and preferences
• Stay up to date with market trends to provide accurate, data-driven advice
• Match clients with suitable properties and organize property viewings
• Create and manage listings for rental and sales properties
• Negotiate terms and conditions of rental agreements and sales contracts on behalf of clients
• Prepare, review, and ensure accuracy and legal compliance of all required documentation
• Facilitate the signing process and manage paperwork through to deal closure
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients, property owners, and industry professionals

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales or customer‑facing roles (real estate experience is a plus, but not required)
• UAE driving license and access to a car (preferred)
• Professional appearance and client‑focused attitude
• Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
• Strong interest in building a career in Dubai’s real estate market
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
