Job summary

Driven Properties in Dubai is seeking a Property Consultant to guide clients through buying, selling, leasing, or investing in the city’s dynamic real estate market, supported by industry-leading marketing and an exclusive portfolio. You will build strong client relationships, manage viewings and inquiries, negotiate and close deals, and deliver market insights and legal guidance.

English fluency is required; Arabic is a plus, a UAE driver’s license is preferred, and the role offers up to 70%

Role Overview

As a Property Consultant, you will be an integral part of our mission to guide clients through every step of their real estate journey, whether buying, selling, leasing, or investing in Dubai’s dynamic property market.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships through personalized consultation and exceptional service.
• Managing property viewings, client communications, and inquiries efficiently.
• Negotiating and closing deals while ensuring an outstanding client experience.
• Providing expert advice on current market trends, investment opportunities, and legal aspects of real estate transactions

• Proven experience in real estate sales, with at least 1 year of experience in the UAE market preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation abilities focused on customer satisfaction.
• Deep knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and social media platforms.
• Real estate certification or relevant qualifications are advantageous.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages, such as Arabic, are a plus.
• A valid UAE driver’s license is preferred.
