Job summary

Crystal Avenue Real Estate LLC in Dubai is expanding its real estate sales team. We seek driven professionals with a sales mindset, ready to build relationships with high-net-worth clients and investors, and to provide expert guidance on sales, rentals, and investments.

You will conduct market research, manage listings and viewings, and stay up-to-date with Dubai market trends. Comprehensive training and a fast-paced environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Real Estate, Banking, or Finance (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong sales track record and ability to meet targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
• RERA certification or similar qualifications (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients and investors.
• Offer expert advice on property sales, rentals, and investment opportunities.
• Conduct thorough market research to support pricing and strategy.
