Merchant & Co. invites a Real Estate Consultant to join its boutique team of real estate professionals in Dubai. You will focus on closing deals in sales or leasing, with support from full marketing and admin resources.

The right candidate has at least 1 year of Dubai real estate experience, is RERA certified (driver's license and car preferred), and demonstrates strong negotiation and closing skills, plus discipline and energy to succeed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in Dubai real estate.
• RERA certification and driver’s license (car preferred).
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Close deals in sales or leasing for Dubai properties.
• Maintain client relationships and follow up to ensure successful outcomes.
