Silver Oak Properties in Dubai seeks a proactive Off Plan Property Consultant to manage client inquiries, conduct property viewings and advise on investment and residential options across Dubai. This on-site role in Business Bay offers opportunity to grow with an established international brand.

Ideal candidates have Dubai real estate experience, strong communication and closing skills, and a drive for targets. Competitive compensation includes fixed salary plus commissions and visa support.

Qualifications

• Dubai real estate experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle client inquiries, conduct property viewings and provide advisory services on investment options in Dubai.
• Manage off-plan and residential opportunities across Dubai and build a strong client base.
• Collaborate with in-house marketing and support teams to generate leads and close deals.
• Maintain CRM records and relationships with local and international clients.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Off Plan Property Consultant role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Property Consultant will manage client inquiries, conduct property viewings, and provide advisory services on suitable investment and residential options across Dubai.

Qualifications:

• Previous Dubai real estate experience is preferred
• Experience in Off Plan sales is an advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills
• Self-motivated, commercially driven and target focused
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• International market experience is an advantage
• Competitive 50–70% commission structure and uncapped earning potential
