Job summary

Sora Property in Abu Dhabi is seeking a proactive Property Consultant to manage client inquiries, conduct property viewings, and close sales across residential and commercial listings in the UAE. Your day-to-day will include meeting clients, analyzing market trends, matching needs with properties, creating listings, and negotiating leases or sales while guiding paperwork to deal closure.

Fluency in Arabic is required (additional languages are a plus).

Our Company Sora Property are looking for a Property Consultant to manage client inquiries, conduct property viewings, and close sales across residential and commercial listings. The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-focused, and able to deliver strong sales results in a competitive market.

Role Overview:

As a Property Consultant at SORA PROPERTIES, you will play a key role in guiding clients through the process of buying, selling, leasing, or investing in properties in UAE.

Your day-to-day will involve:

• Meet with clients to understand their needs and preferences
• Stay up to date with market trends to provide accurate, data-driven advice
• Match clients with suitable properties and organize property viewings
• Create and manage listings for rental and sales properties
• Negotiate terms and conditions of rental agreements and sales contracts on behalf of clients
• Prepare, review, and ensure accuracy and legal compliance of all required documentation
• Facilitate the signing process and manage paperwork through to deal closure
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, property owners, and industry professionals

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles (real estate experience is a plus, but not required)
• Professional appearance and client-focused attitude
• Fluency in Arabic (additional languages are an advantage)
• Strong interest in building a career in UAE s real estate market
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Confident, proactive, and driven by performance and targets
