Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Property Advisor or similar role within real estate development in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE property laws, RERA regulations, and development processes.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Customer-focused mindset with a strong sales orientation.
