Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.


• Experience or knowledge in Property Management and local real estate markets, particularly within Dubai and the wider UAE.


• Understanding of Investments and Finance to guide clients on property value, return on investment, and market trends.


• Proven sales aptitude, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing skills in a target-driven environment.


• High level of self-motivation, resilience, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members.


• Professional fluency in English; additional languages commonly spoken in the UAE are an advantage.


• Previous experience in real estate, sales, or a client-facing role is preferred but not strictly required for highly driven candidates.


• Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel locally for property viewings and client meetings.
