Job summary

Libertex Group in Dubai is seeking a seasoned Promotion Manager to drive growth in the MENA region while ensuring strict adherence to SCA advertising standards.

The role requires collaboration with legal, compliance and sales teams to craft compliant campaigns, manage budgets, and monitor performance, enabling regulatory alignment and professional development in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Qualifications

• A university certificate along with experience for not less than (5) years in financial markets or in the relevant fields.
• Diploma certificate or less certificate along with experience for not less than (10) years in financial markets or in the relevant fields.
• Experience not less than (5) years in financial markets along with listed advanced qualifications (FRM, CIA, CMA, etc.).
• Udemy Business unlimited membership & language training courses included.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring that all promotional materials and campaigns adhere strictly to SCA regulations.
• Developing and implementing effective marketing strategies tailored to the UAE and MENA region.
• Overseeing the execution of promotional campaigns with planning, budgets, timelines and resources.
• Collaborating with legal, compliance and sales to align activities with regulatory requirements.
• Ensuring content is accurate, informative and compliant with SCA regulations.
• Monitoring campaign performance and providing regular compliance status reports.
