Taurex seeks an Arabic-speaking Promotion Manager to lead the promotion of its approved financial products within CMA requirements in Dubai. You will create Arabic content, coordinate regional events, and ensure regulatory compliance while engaging prospective clients.

You will translate English content into Arabic, manage campaigns, and collaborate with Compliance and Marketing to protect client interests and deliver high-quality campaigns and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, marketing, communications, or related discipline.
• Typically five or more years of relevant experience in financial services promotion, marketing, or client engagement, including experience in a regulated environment.
• Ability to satisfy CMA approvals, accreditation, qualification, examination, and fitness and propriety requirements.
• Existing CMA/SCA accreditation for a relevant role is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of financial products, investment risks, client appropriateness assessments, and the boundaries between financial promotion and investment advice.
• Excellent written and spoken Arabic, with demonstrated professional copywriting, editing, and localisation skills; strong professional English.
• Demonstrated experience planning and delivering events in the UAE or wider region, including budgets, vendors, logistics, and on-site execution.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, content management platforms, social media tools, and campaign reporting.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, stakeholder management, and professional judgement.

Responsabilités

• Promote only the Company’s approved financial products and services within licensed activities, markets and CMA requirements.
• Provide prospective clients with clear, accurate, balanced information on features, risks, costs, fees, eligibility and terms.
• Develop and maintain an Arabic content calendar aligned with priorities, products, campaigns, and events.
• Translate and adapt English content into clear, culturally appropriate Arabic while preserving terminology and disclosures.
• Plan and deliver regional conferences, exhibitions, seminars, webinars, sponsorship activations and client events.
• Coordinate Arabic video and multimedia production, including scripts, subtitles and event coverage.
• Ensure CMA approvals before publishing materials and events; maintain full records in approved systems.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Compliance, product specialists, designers and agencies to deliver accurate content and compliant campaigns.
