Salt is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the financial health of our Dubai operations. You will manage budgeting, reporting, cash flow, and compliance to support strategic decisions within an agency-driven business.

The role requires strong analytics, leadership, and excellent communication, with proven experience in a media/advertising environment and a solid grasp of UAE regulatory standards.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• Professional qualification such as CPA/ACCA/CMA/CA preferred.
• Experience in a media/advertising agency environment strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of agency finance operations, client billing, reconciliations, and revenue tracking.
• Proficient in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day finance and accounting activities for Dubai operations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports accurately and on time.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and local regulations.
