Job summary

Taurex in Dubai seeks an Arabic-speaking Promotion Manager to lead promotional activities for approved financial products in the UAE market. You will blend compliant client engagement with Arabic content creation and regional event planning, ensuring regulatory alignment and high-quality campaigns.

The role demands strong financial product knowledge, exceptional Arabic writing skills, and ability to manage end-to-end events across the region while upholding CMA standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, marketing, or communications.
• 5+ years in financial services promotion, marketing, or client engagement in a regulated setting.
• CMA accreditation or eligibility is preferred.
• Strong Arabic writing, editing, and localisation skills; good English.
• Experience planning events in the UAE or region with budgets and vendors.
• Familiar with CRM, CMS, social media, and campaign reporting.
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate with region-wide travel.

Responsibilities

• Promote only approved financial products within CMA-regulated rules.
• Create Arabic content calendars and localised materials for campaigns.
• Coordinate Arabic video, subtitles, and event production with teams and agencies.
• Plan regional conferences, webinars, sponsorships, and client events.
• Ensure regulatory approvals, documentation, and governance for materials.
• Track performance, leads, and post-event reporting to measure impact.
