Job summary

Latinem Private Limited is seeking an experienced Projects Manager - Site Supervision to oversee the construction of luxury villas, mansions, high-rise buildings and mixed-use projects in Dubai. The role requires strict adherence to contract requirements, baseline programme and authority approvals throughout the lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring contractor activities are properly sequenced and coordinated.
• Conduct regular site walks, issue site observations and ensure timely closure of non-conformance reports.
• Review and approve Contractors Submittals, shop drawings, material submittals, method statements and ITPs.
• Review project QA/QC procedures to maintain high construction quality and performance standards.
• Coordinate for site Authority inspections with DM & DDA Authority for DCD & BCC approvals.

Designation/ Job Title Projects Manager - Site Supervision

• Experience of 15 to 20 yrs in supervising construction of Luxury villas & Mansions, High-Rise Buildings, Retail shopping malls, and mixed-use projects with approved drawings, specifications, UAE authority standards & International Standards.
• Provide full-time site Supervision With strict adherence to contract requirements, project scope, Baseline Programme & authority approvals throughout the construction lifecycle.
• Lead and oversee day-to-day site operations, resolving technical challenges and ensuring the contractor’s activities are properly sequenced and coordinated.
• Conduct regular site walks, issue site observations, and ensure timely closure of non-conformance reports.
• Review and approve Contractors Submittals, shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and inspection test plans (ITPs,).
• Review project QA/QC procedures to maintain high construction quality and performance standards.
• Coordinate for site Authority inspections with DM & DDA Authority for DCD & BCC Approval.
