Qualifications

• 15–20 years of experience in supervising construction of luxury villas, mansions, high-rise buildings, malls and mixed-use projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring contractor activities are properly sequenced and coordinated.
• Conduct regular site walks, issue site observations and ensure timely closure of non-conformance reports.
• Review and approve Contractors Submittals, shop drawings, material submittals, method statements and ITPs.
• Review project QA/QC procedures to maintain high construction quality and performance standards.
• Coordinate for site Authority inspections with DM & DDA Authority for DCD & BCC approvals.
