Job summary

Achuman Capital works with a market-leading international law firm seeking an Associate Solicitor to join their Projects & Infrastructure team within their Abu Dhabi office. The successful candidate will focus on non-contentious construction matters, supporting a key institutional client in the oil and gas sector on EPC, infrastructure, and development projects.

This role involves drafting, advising, negotiating and preparing contract documentation, and delivering strategic contract advisory

Qualifications

• 3-6 PQE in infrastructure or construction law.
• Strong background in major construction and infrastructure projects.
• Outstanding academic record and technical excellence.
• Willingness to develop business and contribute to BD activities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Draft, advise on, negotiate and prepare construction contracts.
• Provide strategic contract advisory on live projects in oil and gas.

We are working with a market-leading international law firm who are seeking an Associate Solicitor to join their Projects & Infrastructure team within their Abu Dhabi office.

The Role

The successful candidate will join a market-leading Infrastructure practice, focusing on supporting a key high-profile institutional client in the oil and gas sector. The candidate will support clients on non-contentious construction matters on a wide range of Projects matters, including EPC, infrastructure, industry-specific and development projects. Duties will also include drafting, advising upon, negotiating and preparing construction contract documentation and providing strategic contract advisory services on live projects.

This role will offer the candidate unparalleled hands-on client support experience, advising on bespoke forms of contract and working closely with the client's in-house legal and project management teams to delivery pragmatic, business-focused solutions.

• 3-6 PQE;
