Job summary

An Abu Dhabi-based organisation is seeking a Mid-Level Project Finance Lawyer to join its in-house legal team on a 3-month contract or permanent basis. The role involves advising on project finance transactions, corporate matters and commercial agreements across the business, working closely with stakeholders to support strategic projects and complex transactions.

The successful candidate will have 5-8+ years PQE, common law qualification, strong experience in project finance and corporate law,

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with 5-8+ years' post-qualification experience (PQE). Common law qualified.
• Strong experience in project finance and corporate law.
• Previous in-house legal experience is essential.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to provide pragmatic legal advice.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Must be based in the UAE or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi.
