Responsibilities

• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs from drawings for building projects.
• Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities, schedules, and commercial docs.
• Analyze costs and produce clear reports, forecasts, and budget updates.
• Track expenditure against budgets and highlight variances.
• Recommend cost control measures for overruns and risks.
• Maintain records of measurements, specifications, and cost data.
• Review tender documents and contracts for cost implications.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors.
