Key Responsibilities
- Support client engagement across multiple active projects
- Prepare cost option studies for infrastructure and public realm assets
- Develop cost estimates from conceptual information, sketches, narratives, and drawings
- Serve as primary cost controller to maintain project budgets across all stages
- Participate in project briefings to clarify roles, scope, and deliverables
- Prepare earned value analysis and reporting
- Prepare, review, and update project cash flows
- Assess progress payments, change requests, and contractor/consultant claims
- Contribute to RFP documentation and support procurement activities
- Prepare tender documents and participate in tender review and reconciliation
- Support value engineering sessions and recommend cost‑saving alternatives
- Apply knowledge of FIDIC contracts and measurement methods such as CESMM, POMI, and NRM
- Prepare presentations and lead commercial discussions as needed
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Engineering
- Actively working toward MRICS or equivalent accreditation
- Minimum 5 years of post‑graduate experience in cost management
- Strong commercial awareness, contractual knowledge, and cost evaluation skills
- Proficient with quantity measurement, tender analysis, and cash flow forecasting
- Experience in both pre‑contract and post‑contract cost control
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Familiarity with value engineering and cost optimization techniques
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
