Job summary

ALEC Holdings PJSC, a GCC contractor, is seeking a Contract Stores Manager in Abu Dhabi to oversee project-level stores operations, manage inventory and material movements, supervise stores teams, and ensure secure handling of materials to support project delivery.

You will work with Procurement, Logistics, Site Operations, Suppliers, and Project teams to maintain material control, support construction activities, and ensure compliance with HSE standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in stores/ inventory management in construction or MEP.
• High School Certificate or equivalent demonstrated experience.
• Strong understanding of materials storage, receiving, issuance and delivery sequencing.
• Experience with digital inventory management and reporting tools.
• Leadership and coordination with multidisciplinary project teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day stores operations at project sites and ensure efficient material flow.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate stock counts.
• Verify material receipts against LPOs, notes, and specs.
• Supervise stores personnel and ensure adherence to procedures and safety.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and COSHH requirements and promote safe material handling.
