Job summary

Alaberah is seeking a Storekeeper to develop, implement and enforce SOPs for inventory management, receipt, storage and issuance of materials across Civil Telecom, MEP and LCS divisions in the UAE. You will establish an accurate inventory system, coordinate with Procurement and monitor stock levels.

You will supervise two store employees across two locations, ensure safe handling, accurate documentation of vouchers and transfer notes, and produce regular reports on variances and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related field; relevant experience may be considered.
• 3–5 years of progressive storekeeping or inventory management experience in UAE construction or engineering.
• Proven supervisory storekeeper experience.
• Experience managing materials across multiple disciplines; Govt client experience is a plus.
• Willingness to travel between stores; UAE driving license is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop SOPs for inventory management and material handling.
• Oversee unloading, inspection and verification of incoming materials against POs and delivery notes.
• Supervise and train two store employees across two locations.
• Generate reports on inventory status, variances and store metrics.
