Job summary

Al Ghurair Investment LLC in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced MEP Stores Manager to oversee the receipt, storage, issue and reconciliation of MEP materials, tools and equipment for large-scale projects. The role requires coordinating with QA/QC, engineering, procurement and logistics to ensure inspection acceptance and traceability.

You will maintain accurate stock records, ensure proper handling and storage, minimize wastage, and support project teams with timely material availability across

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in MEP, or related field.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in MEP stores/material management.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, UAE construction practices and material management procedures.
• UAE/GCC experience preferred; Dubai/Abu Dhabi exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the MEP project store.
• Receive, inspect, store, issue and reconcile MEP materials, tools and equipment against documentation.
• Coordinate with QA/QC and engineering teams for inspection and acceptance of materials.
• Maintain stock accuracy, records and traceability (serials, batch numbers, test certificates).
• Ensure safe handling, proper storage, and compliance with HSE and project procedures.
